I have 15+ years of experience building and operating mission-critical systems at companies like Fidelity Investments, McMaster-Carr, Mastercard via Edge Solutions, and Broadcom—environments where failure isn't an option and systems must be stable, efficient, and built to scale. That background shaped how I operate: systems, data, and process-driven, with a disciplined focus on execution.

Today, I apply that same approach as the Founder of Carr Capital Partners, where I acquire and operate established small businesses. My goal is to improve people, processes, and systems to take businesses to the next level. I focus on building repeatable systems, eliminating inefficiencies, investing in people, and delivering consistently for customers.

I'm not buying to flip. I partner with existing teams to preserve what works, improve what doesn't, and build businesses that grow the right way over the long term.
