3PL & Warehouse Logistics, Light Manufacturing & Fabrication, Distribution & Wholesale, Data Center & Infrastructure Services, Tech-Enabled & Software-Adjacent Services, Essential B2B Services, Route-Based & Local Service Businesses, Facilities & Industrial Services, Niche Professional Services, and Other Operationally Simple Businesses with Recurring Revenue and Defensible Cash Flow.
