Executive Assistant & Growth Marketing Operator

Remote (US EST Hours)

~50/50 Founder Operations + Growth Execution

Own operations and growth execution across multiple companies. You will act as the founder's right hand — managing communication, priorities, support operations, and marketing execution while helping drive real user growth for SilverSpoon AI.

This is not a passive VA role. This is an ownership role for someone who can think, execute, and solve problems without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own founder calendar, scheduling, and communication flow
  • Triage inboxes and draft clear, professional responses
  • Manage SilverSpoon AI customer support and issue escalation
  • Coordinate travel, research, planning, and admin execution
  • Execute organic growth campaigns across TikTok, Reddit, X, Instagram, and other channels
  • Identify creators, influencers, partnerships, and user acquisition opportunities
  • Track growth metrics, campaign results, and weekly priorities
  • Keep projects organized across multiple companies

Requirements

  • 3+ years supporting US-based executives, founders, or fast-moving teams
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Comfortable managing inboxes, calendars, research, and follow-up
  • Demonstrable social media, influencer, or consumer growth experience
  • Available during US Eastern business hours
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Loom, Notion, Google Workspace, and project management tools

Nice to Have

Mobile app growth experience • Prior work with US founders or high-net-worth clients • Experience with Reddit, TikTok, X, influencer outreach, or community growth

Sales & Business Acquisition Sourcer

Outbound Deal Flow + B2B Sales Closer

~60/40 Acquisition Sourcing + B2B Sales

Drive deal flow for a business acquisition firm and generate consulting opportunities for our tech services arm. You will source acquisition targets, contact business owners, qualify opportunities, and book high-quality conversations that can lead to acquisitions or revenue.

We measure outcomes, not activity. Top performers earn meaningful upside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, and industry directories
  • Run cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Reach business owners, gatekeepers, brokers, and referral sources
  • Qualify acquisition opportunities against our buy box
  • Book qualified seller and broker meetings on the founder's calendar
  • Source consulting opportunities for websites, AI implementation, software, automation, and fractional CTO services
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline notes, follow-up tasks, and weekly reporting
  • Improve outreach scripts, email angles, and targeting based on results

Requirements

  • 2+ years outbound sales, SDR, business development, or deal sourcing experience
  • Proven track record with measurable results: booked meetings, pipeline created, revenue influenced, or deals sourced
  • Native or near-native English; must sound natural and confident on the phone
  • Comfortable making 50+ targeted outbound touches per day
  • Strong follow-up discipline and CRM organization
  • Able to understand business models, owner pain points, and acquisition criteria
  • Comfortable working US Eastern business hours

Nice to Have

M&A sourcing, business brokerage, or SMB acquisition experience • Experience selling consulting, websites, software, AI, or technology services • Familiarity with profitable local service businesses, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or B2B services
